We keep stock in several warehouses accross the United States. Stock levels shown on the site correspond to the selected region. All orders are dispatched immediately once payment has been processed (unless explicitly stated that an item is in backorder). Europe

We keep stock in Germany and the UK. Stock levels shown on the site correspond to the selected region. All orders are dispatched immediately once payment has been processed (unless explicitly stated that an item is in backorder). International / Other

If your country is not listed above then we cannot ship to your address at this time via our normal shipping procedures.
However, feel free to contact us if you wish us to investigate shipping methods to your country.

Returns

Every item may be returned within 14 days after receipt without further reason. We must receive your initial return request within that period. Please initiate returns via our contact page.

If an item is defective we will provide you with a label for the return shipment and you can choose between a replacement item free of charge or refund of your order. If an item doesn't meet reasonable expectations we will provide you with a label for the return shipment as well and refund the order. If there is no problem with the item but you just want to return it then you must ship the item back and we will refund your order upon receipt. Please note that refund only includes the shipping costs if all items in the order are returned. Returns can be sent to one of our warehouses in the US, UK or Germany, or to our headquarters in The Netherlands.
